Who am I?

Martin Räber holds a degree in engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and has completed further training in technology management (MAS ETH MTEC/BWI) and psychological counselling (DAS University of Zurich in Counselling). Martin is the founder and managing director of Eartheffect. He advises on corporate sustainability, leads energy efficiency programmes and facilitates participatory workshops on employee awareness and behaviour change. Previously, he implemented and supported projects on the topics of participation, innovation and environmental management as a freelancer and worked in information and communication technology after his initial education.
