About us
The EcoGastro promotional program is implemented by the company Eartheffect. In addition to EcoGastro, Eartheffect develops environmental education and awareness-raising programs for various target groups. EcoGastro specializes in promoting sustainable and resource-saving solutions in the catering industry. We support catering businesses in optimizing their energy consumption and implementing more environmentally friendly alternatives. Our aim is to make a positive impact on energy efficiency in commercial kitchens with tailor-made concepts and solutions.
The job
We are looking for a project employee (m/f/d) for the EcoGastro energy efficiency program funded by ProKilowatt. The position is open-ended.
Your tasks:
- Technical support for the funding program and cooperation with manufacturers of commercial kitchen appliances
- Accompanying measurement activities to record energy consumption data
- Data analysis for process optimization
- Conductingenergy efficiency training for employees in catering establishments
- Customer consultations on energy-saving solutions in catering kitchens
- Supporting our new project to certify entire kitchens and working with kitchen technicians and planners
- Conductingaudits in commercial kitchens for certification purposes
- Close cooperation with our project partners and stakeholders and continuous further development of our projects
- Further development of our digital training tool (EcoGastro.Train)
- Other areas of responsibility by arrangement, interest and experience
Your profile
- Degree in energy and environmental technology, engineering (or a comparable field) or practitioner with professional experience.
- Practical experience in a similar field is an advantage
- Responsible, motivated and creative with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive personality who enjoys the further development of projects
- Structured and independent way of working
- Open, communicative and reliable person
- Enjoy working in a small, dynamic team
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of French and Italian an advantage
- Good MS Office skills, familiarity with MacOS advantageous
