ESD project collaboration - digital courses & circular scavenger hunt

About us
Eartheffect develops environmental education and awareness-raising offers for various target groups and manages energy efficiency programs.
The "Future Perfect" project, which provides digital sustainability courses for schools, gave rise to the Future Perfect association in 2024. The first circular scavenger hunt (Circular Quest) was launched as a pilot project in Olten. Further quests are planned in Zurich and Dietikon.
We are also developing innovative digital courses in the field of circular construction that teach apprentices in the apprenticeship as a draughtsman EFZ (with specializations in architecture and civil engineering) practical skills relating to the reuse and recycling of building materials.
The internship
We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to work on our "Circular Quest" and "Future Perfect - Circular Building" projects with immediate effect or by arrangement . The internship is initially limited to 6 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
You will mainly support us in the Circular Quest (CQ) and Future Perfect - Circular Building projects.
Circular Quest (approx. 40-50%):
- Content and playful development of the scavenger hunt in a digital tool
- Research on possible stations and thematic content
- Support in networking with relevant local players (Dietikon and Zurich)
- Creation of accompanying materials
- Support with practical implementation and documentation
- Supervision of CQ implementations
- Collection and evaluation of feedback
FP - Circular construction (approx. 30%):
- Support in the creation of digital Moodle courses for vocational learners
- Create educational concepts
- Research on the topic of "circular building"
- Generate content for Moodle incl. in-depth discussion of Moodle functions
- Course adjustments based on feedback from teachers
- Collaboration in the development of a re-use game (board game on the circular construction industry)
- Support with the didactic conception and planning of teaching units
- Implementation and monitoring of the game during the test phase
Other activities:
- Support with public relations & communication (social media, reporting, photo/video documentation)
- Other areas of responsibility by arrangement, interest and experience
Your profile
- Completed studies in environmental/sustainability/natural sciences or similar fields
- First practical experience in project work or related activities an advantage
- Open, communicative and reliable personality
- Enjoy working in a small, dynamic team
- Structured and independent way of working
- Confident in oral and written expression
- Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with MacOS, Moodle or Actionbound an advantage
- Place of residence preferably in the Zurich region, as the Circular Quest's are implemented there
